We all want immediate gratification, our culture is so enamored with it. In every facet of our lives we expect for things to come to us quickly and without hesitation; it seems humans are built that way nowadays. By using simple and easy tips in your everyday life, you can build muscle quickly, faster and safer.
Here are the three main ideas that I always keep in mind in my everyday life.

Motivation:  This is the most important aspect of building muscle quickly. You must first get your head in gear and  ask yourself one simple question, “Why do I want to build muscle?”

If it is to get the girl next door, then forget it! However,  if it is to improve your lifestyle, health, body and soul (mind), lose weight, feel better, tired of being weak, build confidence or just want to look better in those jean. These are good and attainable goals and they should easily motivate you and keep you motivated. Keep reminding yourself of your reasons – maybe start out your day and finish off your day with a kind of personal mantra of sorts.

Setting a Schedule:  There is nothing better than planning out and keeping track of your workouts so that you can build muscle quickly. You may want to know why this is.

Simply if you only go to the gym once a week it will take you a lot longer to build muscle or lose those extra pounds. If you actually have a regimen of three workouts a week, say Monday, Wednesday and Friday, you are getting triple the exercise every week.

You will impress yourself and others so much quicker if you workout more often. It is also a good idea to clear your schedule for a particular time each workout day. That way, you know that that is “gym time” so you’re not thinking about the other things you should be doing in that time frame, and your head will be where it needs to be.

Morning workouts are better for me because it makes for a better day overall. Paying Attention to What You Eat:  Certainly this would be considered the highest priority for most people, but without the other two, it’s just not enough to build muscles quickly.

When you look at your eating habits you have to look at how many calories you are consuming in a day, what kinds of food you are consuming, and your percentage of protein, fats and carbohydrates.

There is one very simple way to alter your food consumption habits in a much healthier way, and that is to cut out processed food. You will almost instantly feel better, and you will find that your energy level and physical stamina have improved.
Take action today, the sooner you start the sooner you will see results and you will build muscle quickly.
