I just hate Zumba Dance that is what my bumper sticker should read. In this era if you disagree with something you’re appropriately called a a hater.
So, I am a hater simply because I really hate Zumba Dance fitness and I’m ok with it.
Some people will alter their opinion or make an effort to justify exactly why they hate something like this but not myself.
As they say in the AA meetings, my name is Darren, and I’m a hater! Every time I view a zumba advertisement on television on Saturday mornings it tends to make me want to puke.
But, I’m going to give them this, they certainly do one hell of a advertising job to sell the item!
If you want to learn to market an item just view the Zumba advertisements because they got it down to a science.
Now that I’ve publicly confessed to be a hater, I am going to have to explain to you why.
I’m a large believer in doing things that are radically different from what the mainstream says.
After all, its the mainstream that will keep telling individuals the way to slim down is by doing a large amount of aerobic exercise.
Which is exactly what Zumba is…cardio exercise . It is fun cardio exercise, but its cardio nevertheless. Let’s use a piece of reasoning here.
If zumba dance fitness promises to burn away pounds and inches simply by dancing, why do you really need the dvds or the classes?
You can just go to your local nightclub three days per week and dance until three in the morning for similar results, right?
But wait…Zumba shows you special dance moves that actually burn away extra fat just from dance.
I am not sure about you but I have been in some parties where it was hot and sweaty and I knew I burned a great deal of calories simply from in the night club. If I decided to dance then I burned a lot more calories and I didn’t have to invest in any pretty zumba outfits to accomplish it.
Zumba dance is a fine concept but following the enjoyable, music, and sweet outfits I question it will really transform a female’s body.
